Job Description:
We are seeking a freelance consultant with hands-on experience in automating IT operations in the banking sector. The primary role is to engage with clients in Myanmar to identify and propose a suitable task for automation, aiming to optimize human resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct an online consultation with the client (estimated time: 2 hours) to:
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
- Propose an appropriate automation plan or solution.
- Provide practical recommendations based on operational experiences in Vietnamese banks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role or as a specialist in automating IT operations in the banking sector (preference given to those with experience in open-source solutions).
- In-depth understanding of IT operation processes in banking.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to engage in in-depth discussions with international clients.
- Professional online working skills.
Working Time:
- Estimated 2 hours of online consultation.
